Haverstock Fencing Club frequently welcomes guests from the UK and around the world.
We operate on an "open house" basis. This means that visitors are welcome to participate in any of our adult sessions, and do not need to "book" a visit, however they must register on our club management system and purchase a visitor pass in advance of attending.
For 2026, Daily Visitor Passes cost £12.50 per session.
If you would like to attend our club as a Visitor, please have a look at our adult schedule here to work out which is the best night for you, then register on the form below. Our Visitor passes include complimentary equipment loans, but do not entitle guests to a one-on-one lessons with a coach.
Please note that for insurance reasons all Visitors must be members of British Fencing or (in the case of non-UK residents) an equivalent National Organisation. If you leave the "BF Number" section of the registration form blank, we will not be able to accept your registration until proof of affiliation has been provided.
Once we have checked your details, you will be registered on Sportmember, our sports management app, where you can purchase a visitor pass from our webstore.

Important note on insurance
Non British Fencing member international guests who are visiting on holiday do not invalidate the club/coach public liability when they are 'visitors' but are not personally covered - this is where they should have a combination of travel insurance and their own national federation membership/insurance.
If you are a UK or international guest studying, working or living in the UK you are required to be a member of British Fencing to attend the club.
